A Least Two Cars Necessary For A "Leaving The Scene" Situation
BOISE, Idaho (AP) — The Idaho Court of Appeals says at least two cars must be involved for someone to be charged with leaving the scene of an accident. The court sided with Richard W. Wright, who in 2009 slid off an icy northern Idaho road and knocked over a speed-limit sign before continuing on to work. The Spokesman-Review reports the court overturned his misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident conviction.
