TOKYO (AP) — A Japanese investigator says there are indications a battery was operating at a voltage above its design limit in a Boeing 787 at the center of a worldwide grounding of the aircraft. U.S. officials joined Japan's probe into the incident today. The 787 is Boeing's newest jet and the company is counting heavily on its success.
