Boston Bombing Suspect In Court Today

BOSTON (AP) — The surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing will be arraigned in federal court in Boston today. Dzokhar Tsarnaev (joh-HAHR' tsahr-NEYE'-ehv) is charged with using a weapon of mass destruction in the blast that killed three people and wounded more than 260. Victims' families can view the proceedings in the main courtroom. The hearing is to be broadcast in an overflow courtroom for reporters.
