Child Poverty Report Released

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — The Annie E. Casey Foundation has released its annual survey on children in poverty and it's discouraging. It shows the number of children living in poverty increased to 23 percent in 2011, a post-recession year. States in the Southwest are particularly hard-hit.
