Church Fire

YOUNTSVILLE, Ind. (AP) - Flames whipped by strong winds have
destroyed a central Indiana church.
Members of the Yountsville Community Church had just begun
services Sunday when someone noticed smoke. All escaped without
injury. The church is located about 50 miles northwest of
Indianapolis.
A fire official says flames were already were coming through the
roof when firefighters arrived. Winds at the time were as strong as
20 mph.
The Crawfordsville Journal-Review reports the church building,
which dates to 1842, is one of the oldest in the area.
