Cold November For Earthquake Homeless

     ANKARA, Turkey (AP) - The latest problem plaguing thousands of
people left homeless after two earthquakes in eastern Turkey is an
unusually cold November. The Anatolia agency cited weather
officials as saying today that temperatures dipped as low as 5
degrees Fahrenheit overnight in the worst-hit area. The two quakes
killed 644 people.
