Colorado Sheriffs Fight Gun Magazine Limit In Court
DENVER (AP) — Most of Colorado's sheriffs are going to court today to convince a federal judge to stop the state's new limits on gun magazines. Sheriffs in 54 of the state's 64 counties will argue the law is too vague to enforce. The measure was passed after mass shootings in Aurora, Colo., Newtown, Conn., and Tucson, Ariz., and bans ammunition magazines that hold more than 15 rounds. It went into effect July 1.
