Congressional Hearings Begin On Marathon Bombings

WASHINGTON (AP) — Congress holds its first hearing on the Boston Marathon bombing today. Boston's police commissioner is expected to say that while tighter security through various methods is a good idea, he doesn't endorse anything that moves toward a "police state mentality."
