Conneticut To Enact Major Gun Laws
HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Just over three months after the school massacre in Newtown, Conn., sweeping legislation is about to become law in the state, including gun curbs. One provision calls for the creation of the nation's first dangerous weapon offender registry. The House gave the bill final passage early this morning and the governor is signing it today.
