European Commission Wants Answers From World Banks
BRUSSELS (AP) — The European Commission is asking many of the world's largest investment banks for some answers. The 13 banks, including Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley, could face fines if antitrust rules were broken.
