UNDATED (AP) — Mediterranean diets have long been touted as heart-healthy and now there's concrete evidence. One of the longest and most scientific tests of a Mediterranean diet suggests it can cut the chance of suffering heart-related problems, especially strokes, in older people at high risk. The diet includes olive oil, nuts, fish, chicken fruit and salads, but not much in pastries.
