NEW YORK (AP) — The chairmen of Macy's and J.C. Penny will testify in court this week in a fight over Martha Stewart. The two retailers are in a corporate battle over the rights to sell her brand of products. Macy's chief Terry Lundgren is scheduled to testify today. Penney's CEO Ron Johnson and Stewart herself testify this week. Macy's claims exclusive rights on some products.
