Five Year Old Left On School Bus

LEWISTON, Idaho (AP) — A 5-year-old from north-central Idaho spent a half-hour alone in a parking lot after she was left on a school bus. Mom Miranda Main says when her daughter failed to show up last Wednesday she started calling school district officials. The Lewiston Tribune reports workers found her on the bus parked in a district lot. Assistant Superintendent Bob Donaldson says such mistakes are rare.
