Flooding in MidWest
POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (AP) - Flooding is the worry today for many living in the Mississippi and Ohio river valleys. Relentless, driving rain is pounding southern Missouri. The already swollen Black River continues to rise. It's pouring over more than three dozen spots along a levee that protects the town of Poplar Bluff. Forecasters say the rain isn't likely to stop for days.
