Global Economic Optimism
PARIS (AP) — A leading international group is expressing optimism about the global economy. The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development says that while Europe is still lagging, it expects growth to accelerate in Japan and the United States in the first half of 2013. The OECD also says Germany will bounce back strongly.
