LOS ANGELES (AP) — Matt Redman has won two Grammy Awards for his song "10,000 Reasons (Bless The Lord)."
At the awards ceremony in Los Angeles, the Christian singer said he's been blessed to hear the song he co-wrote in "a little chapel in England" spread around the world. It was named Best Contemporary Christian Music Song in a tie with Israel Houghton's (HOH'-tunz) "Your Presence is Heaven."
Matt Redman's recording of "10,000 Reasons (Bless The Lord)" also won the Grammy for Best Gospel/Contemporary Christian Music Performance.
TobyMac's "Eye On It" received the Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album, LeCrae's "Gravity" was named the Best Gospel Album, and "Go Get It" by Mary Mary took the Grammy for Best Gospel Song.
