Growing Pot Out Doors In Washington?

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — The chief rules writer for Washington's Liquor Control Board says she will recommend that the state allow marijuana to be grown outdoors under its new regulations for recreational marijuana. Karen McCall tells KPLU that an advantage of sun-grown pot is the smaller carbon footprint. Washington voters approved recreational marijuana use last fall, but it remains illegal under federal law.
