House To Vote To Limit U.S. Spying
WASHINGTON (AP) — The House is getting set to vote on a measure that would cancel the authority for the National Security Agency to carry out its massive collection of phone records from millions of Americans. The White House and congressional supporters of the surveillance effort are warning that doing away with the program will put the nation at risk from another terrorist attack.
