Idaho’s Governor Butch Otter is calling on lawmakers to expand a state program that offers tax breaks for hiring veterans returning from service in Afghanistan or Iraq. It’s called the “Hire One Act” and it’s designed to help returning military veterans get over the problems they’ve had in finding work when they return home.
