LARGEST ID DENTAL INSURER TO CUT PAYMENTS

  BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Idaho's largest dental insurer has announced
plans to reduce payments to dentists by 4 percent to 13 percent
beginning next month. Delta Dental of Idaho says the fee cuts are a
response to concerns by employers about the rising costs of
employee benefits. The rate cuts affect dentists that are members
of Delta Dental's preferred provider organization.
