Lowe's Ad Flap

UNDATED (AP) - A Christian group that urged companies not to
advertise on TLC's "All-American Muslim" says it's under attack
from people who accuse it of being hateful.
The Lowe's home improvement chain pulled its ads after the
Florida Family Association complained that the reality TV show is
propaganda that hides Islam's real threat to American liberties.
Michigan state Rep. Rashida Tlaib and
other Muslims condemned Lowe's for caving to protests from a group
they accuse of hateful bigotry.
But Florida Family Association Executive Director David Caton
says it's the response to its campaign that's hateful. Caton says
the Christian group's web server has been hacked and he's received
a death threat and other harassing calls.
He says Lowe's is one of dozens of companies that have said they
won't advertise on "All-American Muslim."
