Man Has Over 48 Years for Theft
SPOKANE, Washington (AP) - A Spokane man whose lawn was littered with more than $200,000 in stolen property will spend the next 51 months behind bars. Thirty-eight-year-old Troy Lee Baumgardner pleaded guilty to burglary and theft charges stemming from at least three break-ins at businesses between May and August 2012. Baumgardner was arrested at a North Spokane apartment in September 2012.
