Massive Fire at Melbourne Factory

MELBOURNE, Australia (AP) - A massive fire at a petrochemical factory in Melbourne, Australia has been brought under control. The Australian Broadcasting Corp. says the blaze that raced through 130,000 gallons of mineral oil set off explosions and sent big fireballs into the sky. Nearby residents were told to stay inside.
