Microsoft Wants Gag Order...Gagged
REDMOND, Wash. (AP) — Microsoft is calling on U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to personally review a gag order preventing the company from further discussing secret national security requests for customer emails, Skype calls and documents on its servers. The written request, sent yesterday, follows Microsoft's motion in a secret court last month. The motion requested permission to break out which requests were from law enforcement officials and which were from the National Security Agency.
