More Police In New York With Threat of Vigilanteism
NEW YORK (AP) — A spate of break-ins and threats of vigilante justice have prompted New York City police to increase their presence in New York City neighborhoods still struggling with the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. The Staten Island Advance reports copper pipe thefts caused nearly rebuilt homes to flood again. Ten patrol cars are being added on the east shore.
