Movie Theater Trial Headed to Trial
After several days of testimony this week in the hearing related to last summer’s theater shootings in Colorado, the defense lawyers say they’re not ready to enter a plea. The hearing was to determine if there is enough evidence to head to trial, which the judge ruled there is. There’s a lot of speculation that there will be an insanity plea.
