November storm heading our way
Seattle (AP) - Forecasters say another strong November storm is blowing through Washington. The National Weather Service says there will be winds of 20-30 mph in Western Washington with gusts to 45. Rain should turn to showers tomorrow afternoon. The snow level in the cascades and Olympics will drop as low as 3,000 feet. In Eastern Washington, the storm will likely bring gusty winds with valley rain and mountain snow
