Occupy Wallstreet - Faith

NEW YORK (AP) - A group of faith leaders took the reins of a
weekend Occupy Wall Street demonstration near New York City Hall.
They marked the anniversary of Citizens United, the Supreme
Court ruling allowing corporations to make donations to political
action committees. The event featured various faith leaders and
music.
One participant was the Rev. Rosemary Bray McNatt, senior
minister at New York's Fourth Universalist Society. McNatt says the
ruling hurts the cause of democracy. She says faith leaders have
always gotten involved in issues affecting the rights of people
including the American civil rights movement and the battle against
South Africa's former system of legalized segregation.
McNatt says the list of cities where there are organized links
between Occupy Wall Street activists and faith leaders is growing.
