Pasco Fire Started by 9-Year Old

Investigators say a fire that damaged a
bathroom at Pasco's Markham Elementary School was started by a
9-year-old boy. Franklin County sheriff's Detective Lee Barrow told
the Tri-City Herald the boy lit some paper towels Tuesday in a
restroom. He was questioned by investigators then released to his
parents.
