Shoving Man in New York Subway

NEW YORK (AP) — The man charged with shoving a man in front of a New York subway earlier this week says the victim instigated the confrontation. Ki-Suck Han was struck and killed by the train. Naeem Davis was arraigned last night on a second-degree murder charge. As he walked past reporters, Davis said 58-year-old Han attacked him first, saying: "He grabbed me." Davis' Legal Aid lawyer says his client "was involved in an incident with a man who was drunk and angry."
