Snow on the Way

SEATTLE (AP) - Forecasters say another storm blowing into Western Washington today will bring heavy rain to the lowlands and snow to the higher mountain elevations. The National Weather Service says the snow level should rise from 4,000 feet to 5,500 feet tonight, so the Cascade passes will see a mix of rain and snow. Higher could get a foot or more of new snow.
