South Africa parliament holding special session

CAPE TOWN, South Africa (AP) — South Africa's parliament is holding a special session honoring Nelson Mandela. South Africa's deputy president began the proceedings with a speech saying Mandela "belongs to all humanity" and his "ideals saturate the face of the Earth." World leaders have begun arriving in South Africa for tomorrow's memorial at a stadium in Johannesburg. More than 80,000 people are expected to attend, including President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama, as well as three former U.S. presidents
