Super Storm Sandy New Yorkers Suffering With Freezing Weather
NEW YORK (AP) — Folks still trying to recover from Superstorm Sandy have it especially tough in the deep freeze which has settled over the Northeast. People in a damaged neighborhood near the beach on New York's Staten Island haven't had heat since late October and have taken refuge in tents set up by aid workers. Area temperatures dipped to around 11 degrees before dawn.
