Congress is expected to pass the first part of some long awaited government insurance help for people affected by Superstorm Sandy. The rest of it will be voted on in a couple weeks. Earlier this week, New Jersey’s governor took the speaker of the house to task for taking longer to bring help than most of the recent disasters in the US.
