AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — A new study from the Texas A&M finds the cost of traffic congestion to Americans was up $1 billion in 2011 over 2010 for a total of $121 billion. For commercial truck drivers alone, wasted time and diesel fuel amounted to $27 billion.
