Veterans Day Weekend Events


Medical Lake:Washington State Veterans Cemetery Medical Lake

Avenue of Flags – Daylight Hours 21702 W. Espanola Rd. Medical Lake, WA 

Spokane: November 12 at 1:00 p.m. Felts Field 6105 East Rutter Ave, Spokane WA 99212 Guest Speakers – Col. Brian Newberry, Commander 92nd Refueling Wing Fairchild AFB and Mayor of Spokane, David Condon POC: Tony DeLateur 

Walla Walla: The 133rd Washington Army National Guard Band will march in the Veterans Day parade at 11 a.m. The band will also perform a program of march music following the parade.

Wenatchee: Annual Veterans Day Parade Sundayat 10:45 a.m. The parade route follows Chelan to Memorial Park, where veterans will hold a ceremony with taps and rifle salute.

West Richland: Veterans Day Parade Downtown November 10 9:30-11:30

Yakima: November 11 10:45am - Parade runs along Yakima Avenue from Naches Ave. to Sixth Avenue. Features marching bands, scout troops, military personnel, armored vehicles and veterans, car clubs and more. For information, call VFW 509-457-5400.


Hermiston: Veteran's Day Breakfast November 9, 8:00-9:00 http://www.hermistonchamber.com

La Grande: American Legion Post 43 Veterans Parade along Adams Ave. VFW Post 4060 will lead the parade November 11 at 11:00 a.m.

Milton-Freewater: Veterans Day parade is scheduled for Saturday morning at 11 a.m. starting at the Valley Christian Center on North Main Street.

Pendleton: On November 11 at 9 a.m. VFW Post 922 will conduct a ceremony at Pioneer Chapel, on SE Byers and at 11:00 a.m. will conduct a ceremony at Olney Cemetery, 865 Tutawila Rd.


Hayden:  The Veterans Day Parade will begin with an A-10 flyover at 10:00 a.m. November 12.  The parade will proceed southbound on Government Way from Hayden Avenue to Honeysuckle Avenue.            

Lewiston:  November 10th, 11:11 a.m., a Veterans Day Parade will kick off in Lewiston to celebrate area veterans. ." The parade route will begin at Snake River Avenue and will follow the same route east on Main Street as the annual Lewiston Roundup Parade
