Washington lawmakers in a special session

Olympia, WA (AP) - Lawmakers in Washington State return to the Capitol today for a special session.  They'll address tax incentives for Boeing that Gov. Jay Inslee says are needed to ensure the company builds the composite wings and fuselage of the new 777X in Washington state.  Inslee also has called for a $10 billion transportation revenue package to pass as part of the overall plan, but Senate leadership has indicated that it wants to take that up later.
