WikiLeaks Case May Lack Evidence

FORT MEADE, Md. (AP) — Lawyers are preparing their arguments on whether an Army private who gave government secrets to WikiLeaks should be acquitted of some charges due to a lack of incriminating evidence. The judge in the case of Pfc. Bradley Manning says she'll hear defense and government arguments this afternoon on whether to acquit the soldier of aiding the enemy and six lesser charges.
