Depressed, Death thoughts over takes me

When I get this depressed like this and fighting suicidal thoughts everyday. Those thoughts are very strong as I'm writing this. I don't want to act on these thoughts now so I'm asking for the strength to fight them and the Prayer that God hears the cry from my heart
