Free Family Health and Fitness Day & 5K Fun Run

Good Shepherd Health Care System invites you and your family to attend our annual Family Health & Fitness Day + 5K Fun Run on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Hermiston High School, FREE pre-event 5K Fun Run starts at 8:00 a.m*.

This year’s highlights include FREE Dental screenings/exams provided by Advantage Dental, FREE Prizes & Giveaways, FREE Comprehensive Vision exams provided by Casey Eye Institute*, FOOD TRUCKS (available with fee), FREE Flu shots, FREE A1c/lipid testing plus other health screenings, FREE kid’s activities such as Nolan the Colon! FREE Teddy Bear Clinic, FREE Car Seat checks, FREE performances and demos, and so much more!

*Pre-registration required, call for details.

FREE pre-event 5K Fun Run starts at 8:00 a.m. Registration is NOT required for 5K Fun Run. *Please note, this race will not be timed* 5K route TBD.
