A comparison of grains along with flour will be looked at. (I have been asked if there will be any information on Gluten-Free) yes….there will be.
The origin of bread making will be talked about and the different methods of making and baking bread. Also. The discussion of “What is bread?” It is for those interested in the process of bread baking with little to no experience. I will provide instructional resources and notes as well as a tasting and comparison of different breads.
Space allowed for the class is determined by the number of people attending! The class will close 20 tickets. Reserve a spot early! If first-class isn’t attended second class will not have instruction pertaining to first-class and people will have to keep up as they can without much help
