Meal Prep and Planning: Grain Bowls and Sauces
Meal prep and planning is one of the best things you can do to prepare for a week of healthy meals and keep your health goals on track. In this class, you will be learning all about prepping and planning a week of meals and how to utilize grain bowls to save time and money. Each participant will take home a packet of information to continue meal prepping at home. In addition, you will get to make TWO-grain bowls with sauces to enjoy in class or take home for the week. A variety of grain bowl options are provided as well as FOUR different sauces to taste AND take home the recipes to make over and over again!
Grains: Tri-Colored Quinoa (GF & DF) and Farro
Toppings: Variety of cooked and raw veggies, toppings, and seasonings (DF & GF)
Sauces: Raspberry BBQ, Lemon Chive Dressing, Asian Walnut Dressing, and Creamy Maple Balsamic (DF & GF)
This is a great opportunity to ask questions about specific dietary needs and how to modify prepping for dietary restrictions. Only 18 spots are available. Grain bowl ingredient options include gluten-free, dairy-free, most are soy-free, and some nut-free options.
