CONTEST RULES, GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION
- Only one winner per household within a 30 day period.
- When you enter any contest with Positive Life Radio, by phone, text message, mail or Internet, you are giving us permission to use your name on air and in print in our newsletter and website and to use your voice on air.
- Positive Life Radio is not responsible for any problems that occur when entering the contest over the telephone via text message or Internet.
- All prizes will be mailed unless otherwise specified.
- When giving away prizes to a specific caller/email number (such as caller 15 wins), if we do not receive 15 calls of interest in the first 90 seconds, the DJ may elect to give the prize to an earlier caller number.
- Employees of Positive Life Radio and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
- In a dispute over prize winnings, decisions made by Positive Life Radio are final.
- Positive Life Radio reserves the right to change these rules at any time.
- Meet and greet passes are subject to cancellation at anytime by the artist or their representatives.
- Any winners that receive prizes worth more than $600 will be required to fill out additional forms for IRS compliance. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Consult a qualified tax professional for how this applies to your specific situation.
- This contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America only. Void where prohibited.

- No substitution of prizes.
- Positive Life Radio is not responsible for prizes that are awarded but not fulfilled or are damaged due to circumstances beyond our control: including, but not limited to the postal system, concert cancellation, and changes with the prize vendors.
