Parenting With Intention Workshop is led by Roshana Grile and Brita Hill. Roshana Grile is Licensed Professional Counselor with a degree in Elementary Education and a speciality in Play Therapy. She works with children, teens, and families.

Brita Hill has an MA in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She worked for several years in the Sherwood and Portland School Districts as a Learning Specialist before founding Southlake Preschool in 2015 where she continues to serve as the director.
